I am passionate about helping leaders, managers and entrepreneurs develop skills to lead their organisations successfully and sustainably. By developing strategies, leadership and collaboration, businesses become truly sustainable and gain ability to adapt to leading in complex and rapidly changing times. I am a lifelong learner that holds a Master's degree in Quality Management & Leadership and a Master´s degree in Political Science. I have taken several courses in Strategic Sustainable Development and Behaviour Change for Sustainability and hold certification in different tools for personal and team development which I weave into my work.
