Background

Since 2000 in the world of change / sustainability / strategy / systems thinking / complexity, I learnt a lot by doing, also by failing, and generally by trying to understand real needs and how to adress them in the specific context in front of me. And I do have an engineer diploma (France), a master in Project Management (Canada), and another one in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability (BTH, Sweden).

Experience

My work is guided by a set of core questions that frame sustainability collaboration, from defining sustainability and identifying the gap to it, to ensuring strategies act as true leverage points for systemic transformation. I also focus on the human side of change, exploring how transformation can be enabled rather than imposed, and how leadership can be driven by strong ideas instead of hierarchy. I have applied this approach across diverse contexts—from businesses and governments to international institutions, NGOs, and education—and it continues to shape my curiosity about what comes next.
