I help organisations turn sustainability into a strategic advantage. Not only because I care, but because I believe business has the power to solve global challenges and create a better future for all. I hold a masters degree in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability (Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlskrona, Sweden) and a double degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (University of Technology, Sydney, Australia).

For over 20 years, I’ve worked internationally with forward-thinking leaders to embed sustainability into vision, strategy, operations, and culture. I’ve supported SMEs and multinationals in sectors ranging from mining and chemicals to footwear and social enterprise—always with the goal of creating structure from complexity and driving meaningful, lasting change. In everything I do I try to simplify complexity, build common understanding, and unlock opportunities for innovation and future-fit business. My approach is grounded in backcasting from success—starting with the big picture, then charting flexible, profitable pathways to get there.
