Background

Equipped with innovation, entrepreneurial leadership, and sustainability skills from two progressive management schools, I have had a diverse career across nine countries on three continents as an organizational development specialist. I help organizations do new things. With experience in strategy, organizational development, design, facilitation, coaching, mobilization, training, people development and scaling innovative solutions – I lead or support teams to lead transformations. I have international executive experience guiding leadership teams and organisations through innovation, sustainability, and workforce transformations.

I have managed global executive leadership programs as well as entrepreneurship program for female business owners in North Africa, Türkiye, and the Middle East who want to grow or scale impact businesses. I also develop a global leadership pod and support various business development efforts focused on scaling impact through products, services, organizational processes, communication, training, and leadership development. All this makes me explore global leadership and organization for innovation and sustainability. In the past I've worked for Fortune 500 firms such as Roche/Genentech and Hewlett Packard and renowned design agencies like IDEO, Frog, and Ustwo. I also led efforts for startups, innovation hubs, universities, NGOs, and government entities, including Impact Startup Norway, Nana Bianca Italy, Cleantech in Sweden, Malmö University, Hyper Island, KaosPilot University and Malmo University.
